Without constant and frequent feedback, it is almost impossible to innovate in schools. After all, if we cannot quickly measure our success, how do we know whether our new teaching strategies work? The Wellington School developed a trio of programs to help innovation: The Wellington Engagement Index, PeerView, and The Picture Project. This session will discuss these three programs and how Wellington has used them to create a constant cycle of innovation in its classrooms.
