At Kaleidoscope Academy, we are the only sixth grade at the middle level in our district. Over the past 11 years, we have worked to create a team community for our sixth graders who come from over 20 different schools to join our project based charter school. Come find out about some of the readiness and transition activities we use to help smooth the way and create a successful transition into middle school.
