Just because students struggle with a variety of "at-risk" behaviors does not mean that they can't be successful at school. We will share stories of successes and triumphs with students whom other schools have written off or thrown away. Using Northwest Passage High Schools philosophy of relationship building, long-term advisories, student voice & choice, and experiential learning we will provide examples and demonstrations of ways to support some of the most difficult students to education. Please come with an open mind and an open heart, and be prepared to share your successes and struggles.
