Research shows that the presence of hope and high engagement in students are better predictors of grades than standardized tests. By measuring hope and engagement your team will be prepared to create focused strategies that result in dramatic improvements in school climate and culture. Social/emotional indicators like Engagement, Academic Press, Goal Orientation, Autonomy, Belonging and Hope will be examined. Strategies utilizing a practical teaming model for students and staff will be explored.
