Participants in this HIGHLY ACTIVE workshop will engage in a wide range of adventure-based trust building activities, initiatives, and challenges for groups in ANY phase of development. We'll take a quick exploration of the phases of group development and emphasize intentionality in designing activities before spending the rest of the session engaged in dynamic activities designed with evolving groups in mind! Participants will leave with a deeper bag of tricks and a collaborative, interactive archive of games and initiatives.
