Elisaul Cruz has been working in the NYC public school system for 8 years. As a product of the NYC public education system he believes that all students should be empowered in the classroom in order to be able to achieve success beyond the classroom.  As the behavioral lead at the Urban Assembly School for Green Careers he has helped develop, norm and phase in a classroom responsibility ladder in order to achieve this goal.
