“Over the years I have been compelled to study and participate in personal learning plans. As I learned the value of my own PLP I began to experience the benefits for myself, the students I work with, my family, and friends. My intent is to identify and share these benefits through our collective writing.” As one of the founding coaches of the Innovative Schools Network, Steven worked successfully with traditional school districts to create new and vibrant options. Currently, Steven is the Director of Organization Development of EdVisions and the Hope Survey, working with educators, students, and community members to implement PBL and PLPs throughout the United States.
